Job Context
Mikhail Plastopak Ltd, a leading 100% export oriented Garments Accessories manufacturer based in Bangladesh, is looking for dynamic and driven GM Sales & Marketing to join our Business Development Department. The Successful candidates will play a pivotal role in expending our local presence to RMG industry of Bangladesh by identifying and acquiring new Clients, expanding into new market, and maintaining strong customer relationships. They are expected to be proactive, result-oriented, and well-versed in market dynamics and industry trends.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
Identify and explore new market opportunities (both domestic and international) for Interlining & garments Accessories sales.
Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
Create buyer for Garments Accessories that should be sold to 100% export Oriented garments Industry.
Ensure Customer Service & Maintain Customer Relation.
Set sales targets and ensure revenue growth by driving effective marketing campaigns.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including garment manufacturers, fabric mills, and Textile.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Work closely with the production and R&D teams to ensure alignment between market demand and product offerings.
Develop strategies for brand positioning and product differentiation in the market.
Ensure product quality meets customer expectations and industry standards.
Lead and manage the marketing & sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and training.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on sales performance, market trends, and business strategies to senior management.
Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
