Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Glass Ceramics
∎ The candidates, who are having the diploma in Ceramic Technology in any foreign technical institutions, shall be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to problem solve, Able to work under pressure, Business Development or Operation Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Able to work under pressure, Ceramic Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be dynamic professional having at least 15 to 20 years experience in Tiles production, especially in laboratory, product development and handling the whole plant operations.
∎ To oversee the day to day production activities and new product development.
∎ Experienced in handling all product development, production control under limited supervision.
∎ Experienced in setting up the projects includes layout, machinery erecting, commissioning and start up.
∎ To be experienced in reducing the production cost, stabilizing the process and quality by reducing the process loss.
∎ To have the experience at least 10 years in multinational ceramics industry in abroad.
∎ Experience in plant expansions with SACMI, BARBIERI, NOVAFEMA, TECNOFERRARI and KEDA
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 52 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To be efficient in managerial accounting like production job costing & process costing and an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
