∎ Hands-on experience working in a fast paced/multi-cultural environment
∎ Very good in English as well as local language

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform desktop, laptop, security camera, NVR, attendance devices and others hardware like Printer, Networking equipment and software installations and troubleshooting.
∎ To Perform daily data backup (User / System) & ensure security.
∎ To Monitor and update antivirus software and removal of viruses, malware and spyware and the Routers and Switch etc.
∎ To provide the helpdesk support to the users of Factory office.
∎ Provide training to the ERP users of Factory office.
∎ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and performs monitoring data connectivity from Factory to Head office.
∎ Configure & Maintenance CISCO Network Switch, Mikrotik Router, AP & WiFi, NAS & Active Directory System.
∎ Monitor, progress and resolve incident whilst ensuring employees/officials' satisfaction through proactive updates, frequent contact and escalation where necessary.
