Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Diploma in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for a large knit garments production factory.
∎ Manage all steps of garment production and give technical guidance and training.
∎ Monitor, control and utilize man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Control the MMR.
∎ Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
∎ IE based production and efficiency calculation.
∎ Ensure the development of fabrics (homologation, color validation...)
∎ Develop Efficiency in Factory
∎ Monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expatriates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Overseas experience will be given preference for the above mentioned position.

Salary: Negotiable
