∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A Level
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly working with buyers on all product developments, costing, order negotiations, and placements.
∎ Work with directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
∎ Work closely with the design teams to be involved in bringing Innovations and sustainable products to the table.
∎ End-to-end responsibility in the process of business development and order execution.
∎ Provide ongoing training, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
∎ Design packs /development sample process for relevant seasons/phases.
∎ Feedback follow-up on each season customer sign-offs with a narrow-down style.
∎ Source fabrics/trims and innovation developments follow-ups.
∎ Price negotiation and costing finalization with customers.
∎ Order placement & delivery confirmation.
∎ Capacity allocations and production follow-ups.
∎ Shipment process & customer communications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
Salary: Negotiable
