∎ Graduation from reputed public/private university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce required output while maintaining quality as per the demand of the buyer and to reduce waste & reduce hands per ton.
∎ Improve the overall condition of the mills by achieving overall production and sales targets at comparative production costs.
∎ Oversee jute purchase and inventory management.
∎ Ensure proper production planning & quality control to reduce waste & gain maximum output.
∎ Maintain a workable industrial environment through improvements in labor & welfare management.
∎ Ensure periodic maintenance of factory equipment & establishment.
∎ Ensure safety & security of the mills through taking adequate measures on periodically.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 years of experience in related function in a reputed organization.
∎ Need to have in-depth knowledge on jute factory & operations management.
∎ High degree of business acumen and strong focus on results.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and independently with all stakeholders.
∎ Budget-management skills and proficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
