Education:
B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical/ Chemical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent discipline.
MBA in Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

Minimum 20 years of experience in industrial plant operations.
Experience in Solvent Extraction, Edible Oil Refinery, or Sugar Refinery is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage all operations of Solvent Extraction, Refinery, and Raw Sugar Plants.
Plan, organize, and control production processes to achieve efficiency, productivity, and quality targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce wastage.
Supervise engineering, production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
Monitor raw material consumption, yield, and energy efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Coordinate with management for budgeting, planning, and cost control.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead workforce development, team motivation, and discipline within the factory.
