∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical or Mechanical
∎ MBA will be preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process Operation and Maintain Quality of products
∎ Process troubleshooting and take remedial action.
∎ Prepare daily / monthly production report of the factory.
∎ Forecast the production on the basis of consumption.
∎ Ensure the quality of the products according to customer choice.
∎ Monitoring of raw materials and minimizing of wastage.
∎ Prepare daily production report and submit to the Management.
∎ Prepare monthly attendance and overtime sheet of the workers.
∎ Supervise routine maintenance of all the equipment and machineries.
∎ To solve all technical and managerial problems.
∎ Send the maintenance report to the management periodically.
∎ Able to anticipate problems and provide constructive solutions.
∎ Prepare and forecast weekly and monthly report (production and maintenance) for management.
∎ Responsible for generators maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
∎ Should have knowledge in computer.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
