Experience:
Strong expertise in shuttering / formwork materials planning, utilization, inventory control and allocation across multiple projects.
Sound knowledge of Electro-Mechanical (MEP) works, budget control, cost optimization, resource management.
Computer literacy : MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive shuttering/formwork material deployment strategies across multiple construction projects.
Ensure optimal utilization of formwork materials (steel, aluminum, timber systems) to minimize wastage and maximize reuse cycles.
Prepare project-wise formwork material requirement forecasts based on structural drawings and construction schedules.
Monitor inventory levels of shuttering materials and ensure timely procurement, allocation, and redistribution among projects.
Establish and maintain a centralized formwork tracking system for all ongoing projects.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely availability of formwork systems as per construction sequence.
Control material consumption against approved budgets and identify variances with corrective action plans.
Conduct periodic audits of formwork materials at project sites and central yards.
Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of reusable shuttering materials to extend lifecycle.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storage, and usage of formwork materials.
Liaise with procurement team for vendor selection, rate analysis, and cost negotiation for formwork systems.
Evaluate and approve formwork design suitability in coordination with structural and planning teams.
Support Electro-Mechanical (MEP) teams in coordinating embedded works within structural phases.
Review MEP installation schedules to ensure integration with structural formwork planning.
Monitor MEP material procurement, delivery timelines, and site readiness conditions.
