Experience:
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Textiles / Marketing / Business Administration. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
20 years of experience in buyer sourcing within the clothing/apparel industry.
5 years’ experience in the same position.·
Capabilities for woven product Direct customer sourcing.
Must have good connections with Direct Customer.
30 lines projects to fill orders.
Strong international exposure, especially in USA, Europe & Other Market.
Proven track record of direct buyer handling and successful client acquisition.
Excellent English communication skills;Should have good connection with Brand Buyers.
Source and establish new buyer relationships in in USA, Europe & Other Market
Identify and build direct connections with international buyers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers.
Develop and execute sourcing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan and implement strategies to attract bulk clothing orders from global markets.
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase capabilities and secure new buyers.
Manage all buyer communications, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
Foster long-term buyer relationships through proactive support, trust-building, and regular updates.
Negotiate pricing and close contracts that align with both buyer and company interests.
Coordinate between buyers, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
Monitor global market trends and evolving buyer requirements to stay competitive.
Stay updated on international apparel trade regulations and compliance standards.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals and driving results.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on buyer acquisition, sourcing progress, and marketing activities.
