    • Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Textiles / Marketing / Business Administration. Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

Skills Required: Merchandising and Marketing,Strong leadership and team management skill

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 50 years
  • Only Male
  • 20 years of experience in buyer sourcing within the clothing/apparel industry.

  • 5 years’ experience in the same position.·      

  • Capabilities for woven product Direct customer sourcing.

  • Must have good connections with Direct Customer.

  • 30 lines projects to fill orders.

  • Strong international exposure, especially in USA, Europe & Other Market.

  • Proven track record of direct buyer handling and successful client acquisition.

  • Excellent English communication skills;Should have good connection with Brand Buyers.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Source and establish new buyer relationships in in USA, Europe & Other Market

  • Identify and build direct connections with international buyers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Develop and execute sourcing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Plan and implement strategies to attract bulk clothing orders from global markets.

  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase capabilities and secure new buyers.

  • Manage all buyer communications, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Foster long-term buyer relationships through proactive support, trust-building, and regular updates.

  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts that align with both buyer and company interests.

  • Coordinate between buyers, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

  • Monitor global market trends and evolving buyer requirements to stay competitive.

  • Stay updated on international apparel trade regulations and compliance standards.

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals and driving results.

  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on buyer acquisition, sourcing progress, and marketing activities.
