Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for overall activities from cutting to shipment related to production and operation.
- Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
- Manage tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
- Monitor order status and conduct regular meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
- Build a highly motivated workforce to achieve targets.
- Establish discipline and proper housekeeping on production floors.
- Optimize utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Implementing Standard MMR for operations.
- Ensure line balancing as per layout, time, and motion study for all styles.
- Communicate directly with top management when issues arise.
- Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.
- Building relationship with Merchandising department, others department & production people for smooth operation.
- Always be updated on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for achieve target production.
- Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
- Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
