Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to be Perform the technical problem solving activities for Latest and updated brand's Fabric Knitting, Dyeing, Printing and Finishing machineries like - Sclavos, Fongs, Bruckner, Zimmer, Lafer, Bianco, Fukuhara, Fukuhama, etc.
∎ Executing the maintenance of production equipment according to the manufacturer's recommendation and experience with similar equipment.
∎ Ensure Factory maintenance jobs are executed in accordance with highest standards of engineering integrity, product quality, safety and environmental protection.
∎ Monitor plant and equipment to ensure optimal operation and reduction of planned and unplanned downtime.
∎ Diagnose Machineries breakdown problems.
∎ Maintaining spare parts stock accordingly no of machines and doing proper maintenance in time to time all the machines.
∎ Making maintenance plan, maintenance procedures and methods of each machine and group of tools.
∎ Making maintenance plan to help with installation of spare parts, commission guidelines; maintaining and making sure all machinery, equipment operating in good condition.
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Remarking all profile of machinery, tool and equipment with full information in terms of name, technical information, maintenance schedule, history and inputting data.
∎ Recording problem from production and assigning technician to prepare, fix and solving problem.
∎ Directing, instructing, training and supervising maintenance technicians.
∎ Making plans to train and develop technician about technical and skill by internal, on-the-job training.
∎ Advising and guiding operator, worker to use the machine safely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following brand's Textile, Dyeing, Printing & Finishing machineries maintenance:
∎ Sclavos, Fongs, Zimmer, Bruckner, Lafer, Bianco, Fukuhara, Fukuhama, etc.
∎ Should have the ability and affordability to work at factory level.
∎ Hardworking attitude & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Have vast knowledge about all types of trouble shooting process of Textile and Dyeing Machineries.
∎ Team building capacity and sound leadership
Salary: Negotiable
