Garments, Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As head of the department, Overall responsible for design, planning & maintenance of Jackard Machine, Dyeing Machine, Boiler, Compressor, Generator, ETP, Sweater manufacturing machineries, firefighting equipment and electrical equipment of the factories.
∎ Ensure electrical maintenance periodically.
∎ Ensure Utility maintenance, operation and management.
∎ Work for the development of current and upcoming projects including installation & commissioning of new machines.
∎ Ensure that the electrical installations of the factories are compliant according to national and international regulations of Accord/RSC.
∎ Work on different Electrical CAPs given by relevant buyers.
∎ Must have the knowledge of requirement of Accord and Alliance.
∎ Maintain all types of machinery and electrical related documents.
∎ Provide support service as required by the factories.
∎ Reduce utility cost.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in similar position for 8 years
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
∎ Team building, leadership, decision making and problem-solving skills.
