Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

BBA/MBA in HRM or related field from a recognized institution.

Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing HR in a diversified or multi-business environment is preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to drive change and deliver strategic HR initiatives.

This is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the company’s HR vision, driving organizational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.

  • Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management across the Group.

  • Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with local labor laws.

  • Manage compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, and organizational budgeting for HR.

  • Guide learning & development programs to build managerial and operational capabilities.

  • Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related matters.

  • Lead HR digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and process transformation.

  • Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
