Experience:
BBA/MBA in HRM or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Demonstrated experience in managing HR in a diversified or multi-business environment is preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to drive change and deliver strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management across the Group.
Oversee performance management systems and drive continuous improvement.
Strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance in line with local labor laws.
Manage compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, and organizational budgeting for HR.
Guide learning & development programs to build managerial and operational capabilities.
Provide strategic counsel to senior management on people-related matters.
Lead HR digitalization, data-driven decision-making, and process transformation.
Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.
