Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the transportation and logistics services of the Group.

• Ensuring that transportation services are cost-effective, efficient and reliable with ensure that Workshop related work.

• Maintaining and managing the organization`s fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.

• Conduct safety & Security related activities e.g. daily checklist, Conduct and arrange Safety workshop/briefing for driver on monthly basis, Spot Vehicle checking etc.

• Daily monitor of vehicle movement and calculation of drivers pay and arrange to pay daily fuel payment through maintaining proper procedures.

• Planning and coordinating transportation routes and schedules to meet the organization`s needs.

• Managing and supervising transportation staff, including drivers and support personnel.

• Managing budgets and financial resources related to transportation & Security.

• Collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders, such as vendors (workshop /transport), customers, and government agencies.

• Must have knowledge on documentation related to vehicle management, including service logs, insurance and registration details including Tax Token, Route Permit, Fitness Certification etc. from BRTA time to time.

• Keeping up to date with the latest transportation and security technologies and trends.

• Any other transportation related job assign by the management.
