Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-Graduation/ Graduation in Textile Engineering or Apparel manufacturing from any reputed institution will be given prefered.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): production management (Cutting), Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Washing), Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
∎ Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met
∎ Setting standards for quality as well as making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
∎ Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
∎ Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
∎ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
∎ Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
∎ Using relevant quality tools and making sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business
∎ Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with the Production Department.
∎ Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A proven record of success in relevant field.
∎ A clear understanding of the consumer products is desirable. Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with overseas vendors is a must.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks.
∎ Must have a sense of urgency and be deadline-oriented.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently within a team environment.
∎ Should be fluent in English in verbal & written communications.
