Job Responsibilities:
∎ To act as a Head of Administration of the company along with the role of Company’s Secretary.
∎ Leading the management’s secretariat assignments and helping the management by providing core reports to take decision.
∎ Communicating and taking updates from all Business Units’ heads for business progresses and submitting reports to the management body.
∎ To work closely with the Board of Directors to develop and convey strategic plans and goals of the company.
∎ To always be aware and inform the management about the possible business risks as well as the potential opportunities. Besides, obtaining strategic methods to solve those and grabbing the opportunities to develop business.
∎ Ensuring company’s legal requirements, leading the works to maintain and update all legal papers of the company.
∎ Circulate the necessary decisions of the Board of Directors to the respective officials of the Company for implementation and follow up the progress to report to management.
∎ Assisting the board to establish new businesses and completing all procedures including name clearance, preparing Memorandum of Association and Article of Association and other necessary works.
∎ Assessing legal documents of the Company and ensure legal protection. Besides, reviewing and assigning litigation matters to external party if it requires.
∎ Coordinating all the committees and senior management of group.
∎ To update and maintain all licenses and company records. Maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
∎ Ensuring the updation of necessary policies, regulatory or statutory changes that might affect the organizational progress.
∎ Maintaining good corporate governance through monitoring, advising and reporting.
∎ Maintaining proper relations/liaison with external stakeholders, like BGMEA, BIDA, NBR, Customs, govt. officials, non-govt. bodies, regulators, advisors, legal entities, etc. To notify respective departments regarding regulatory or statutory changes.
∎ To create synergistic growth strategies across the group.
∎ To collaborate with top management to develop and implement plans for the infrastructure of systems, processes and resources designed to accommodate rapid profitable growth and create maximum long-term enterprise value.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of labor law and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
