∎ Must be well capable to run a Knitting, Dyeing & Printing Factory effectively.
∎ Proven leadership experience in senior management roles within large business concerns.
∎ Should have strong communication skill (both written and spoken) in English.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
∎ Strong people management skill-fairness and ability to motivate and manage the teams.
∎ Sincerity and Responsibility.
∎ Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.
∎ Applicant should be well capable do deal with customers.
∎ Adequate Experience to related Field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Senior Management, Knitting, Dyeing & Printing & Finishing, and Textile. Independently lead to run a Textile project.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidate should be responsible for whole project especially Management & Operation.
∎ Very Strong Knowledge on different types of Knit Fabric construction, yarn, dyeing, printing, total costing of project operation, pricing.
∎ Find out the corrective measures and ensure implementation for smooth operation system.
∎ Sound and update knowledge on machines and process to guide respective sections and to minimize the cost.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material to yield higher productivity and mitigation of Wastage percentage.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of fabrics and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality.
∎ Oversee quality control measures and inventory management to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
∎ Well aware of Buyers’ requirements.
∎ Oversee the comprehensive operation of the organization, ensuring that all processes align with the company’s mission and strategic goals.
∎ Regular monitoring of the production for timely delivery of fabrics according to TNA.
∎ Lead a diverse team of senior managers and professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement throughout the project.
∎ Daily basis update report directly intimate to the Managing Director in own accord.
∎ Maintain robust administrative controls and ensure compliance to safeguard the company’s reputation.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
