∎ Masters/ Bachelor/Diploma Degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurements, patterns, workmanship, fitting (dummy and life model), accessories, etc along with giving comments to vendors for production.
∎ Communicate with customers and vendors by identify and resolving potential and existing technical issues.
∎ Visit vendors/factories to serve as a consultant on technical issues and recommend corrective actions to all relevant parties and if necessary correct the chart or patterns.
∎ Follow up all sample stages with customer and vendor up to the production approval. Discuss final approved sample with office QC department/vendor during PP-meeting.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of product, construction and costing in knits/woven/Sweater.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ A minimum experience of +12 years a must have the ability to handle and facilitate complete process for sampling from creation to start of production
∎ The Ideal candidate should have solid working experience in knits, woven & Sweater
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding manual pattern
∎ Must have good knowledge about 2D/3D software
∎ Strong knowledge of patterns and its creation and able to assist in resolving technical issues
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills is a must with a problem solving attitude
∎ Must have skills to work actively, independently and pro-actively and communicate with buyers and or overseas offices directly
∎ Capacity to handle demanding situations, meet deadlines and able to Multitask
∎ Command over English language spoken and written should be good.
