Work closely with the design teams to involve in bring Innovations and sustainable products to table.
Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
Design packs/development sample process for relevant season / Phases.
Sourcing fabrics/trims and innovation developments follow ups.
Capacity allocations and Production follow ups.
Shipment process & customer communications.
