• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Garments production experience of 5-7 years.
• Must have an idea of Garments clothes.
• Have experience in handling a 700-1000 workers size garments factory.
• Should have a good command over English, both written and verbal form.
• Must have good interpersonal, communicative and analytical skills.
• Must have expertise in the Microsoft Office suite & Internet browsing.

• Keen knowledge of the Production of Garments clothes.

• Collect production planning and apply it accordingly.

• Ensure to resolve quality-related issues in production and train operators to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure to handle several number of parties and orders at a time independently.

• Ability to execute given tasks as per the time frame and action plan.

• Maintain & preserve related documents & provide a regular report.

• Coordinate with the internet & Garments cloth production department.

• Ensuring products are produced in time and are of good quality.

• Working out the human and material resources needed.

• Monitoring all physical qualities of finishing goods.

• Ensure planning and organizing production schedules maintaining the target delivery date by assessing the capacity of production.

• Prepare the Production report & submit to the management as necessary.

• Other relevant assigned tasks as per the supervisor’s instructions.
