Job Context:
∎ A reputed company of the country, 1 & 9 Apparel Creator Ltd. is looking for potential candidate for the position of Garments Pattern Master, Technician and Sample located at Mirpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure sample quality (styling, measurement, dummy fitting etc), and all technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirements.
∎ Review and Understand buyer comments on Pattern & Sample and ensure necessary correction as required by buyer.
∎ To provide technical advice and support to Buyer, merchandising staffs & factories, and production team members.
∎ To ensure the fabric, thread and zipper booking consumption.
∎ To prepare the photo, wash and counter sample.
∎ To prepare the pattern and size set and send it to the buyer
∎ To Prepare the Sales and Marketing samples ( With the sample section)
∎ To attend meeting with the buyer or management as required.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Sample Pattern
∎ Able to make any kind of pattern for Fashionable garments.
∎ Able to cut fabric according to the pattern.
∎ Capable of operating all kind of sewing machine to complete any kind of sample.
∎ Have experience in fashionable garments making from any design/artwork.
∎ Without knowledge on following sector no need to apply.
∎ Experience of producing accurate patterns from technical graphics, specifications and size charts
∎ Ability to amend patterns to a high standard of accuracy.
∎ Understanding, knowledge and ability to grade patterns.
∎ Knowledge of garment manufacturing and construction.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge and understanding about pattern process of Sample department.
∎ Should have excellent communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, especially MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Data Base Management, etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Maintaining accuracy of work
