Job Context:

∎ We are looking for potential and experienced candidate for the position of Buying House Quality Controller .Garments Buying QC (Quality Controller)
∎ We are looking to hire a Final Inspectional at factories and play independent role in decision making on daily quality issues.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Implement of buyer`s comments with good knowledge in checking paper patterns, fittings. Implement buyer`s Work Manual & follow quality standard to the production factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving QC requirements from Client and ensure documentation meets the requirement to monitor and control quality progress.
∎ Daily basis QC report
∎ In-line Inspection
∎ All types of fabric knowledge
∎ Factory follow up's ( Knitting, dying, cutting, sewing, finishing and Shipment)
∎ All sample check
∎ Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
∎ Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
∎ Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations
∎ Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
∎ Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
∎ Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work
∎ Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years

∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on woven products & maintain quality in every steps of production till shipment.

∎ Should have proven Leadership & coordination skills
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere and hard working
∎ Having good knowledge on printing , quality check
∎ Having good knowledge on sourcing
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Yearly salary review
