∎ Age at least 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Excellent technical skills in ladies jersey wear & outerwear products  - ie patterns & grading (manual & computer), garment construction knowledge, quality inspection skills, and fabric technical knowledge is an advantage.
∎ Strong problem solving and judgement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla - should be used to working with foreign team members and customers  over zoom , email and telephone –  to conduct customer sample fit sessions and to discuss and resolve issues.
∎ Proven experience and ability to work with  all levels of employees in factories and customers , in a multi-national organization.
∎ Detailed knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment.
∎ Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure.
∎ High level of computer literacy (Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Word, Excel).
∎ Excellent administration skills for keeping and filing style documents that are shared with offshore teams.
∎ To ensure that all samples made by garment factories before bulk production meet the customers & company's requirements.
∎ To ensure that sample construction is production friendly and required quality standard is achievable.
