Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate with sound Technical Knowledge & certification
∎ Graduate in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing/ Fashion Designing from reputed university or Diploma in Textile will be added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 11 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that factory has full understanding of the Hellenic Sourcing development process
∎ Need to work with Designer, development Merchandiser and factories to ensure a detailed and accurate sample pack is given out on first time
∎ Clear instructions regarding stitching and finishing
∎ Correct block reference and accurate size specification
∎ Assist factories at every stage of development / fit process to ensure a smooth approval process
∎ Ensure there is no conflicting information regarding development
∎ Accurately measure and log measurements before sending sample to our office abroad
∎ Review comments from office abroad and ensure all points are clearly explained to our factories
∎ Maintain sample progress sheets and update in system
∎ Monitor success of each supplier in connection to sample accuracy and meeting set dates regarding critical path
∎ Be responsible for constructive work book comments, ensuring autonomy at all times

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced on pattern and CAD
∎ Must have experience of working on woven, knit, light Jersey products
∎ Having excellent product knowledge on heavy jacket
∎ Sound Garment Technical Knowledge
∎ Excellent inter-personal communication skills
∎ Problem Solving Skill
