∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection, Quality Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement quality control procedures for garment production, including inspections, testing, and audits
∎ Monitor the production process to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
∎ Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure quality requirements are met at all stages of the production process
∎ Train and supervise a team of quality control inspectors
∎ Develop and maintain quality control documentation, such as inspection reports and corrective action plans
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality control processes and technology
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in garment quality control, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards in the garment industry.
∎ Experience with quality control testing equipment and software.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fluency in English and [other relevant languages.
