• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in merchandising within a factory environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• In-depth understanding of supply chain management and production planning.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring seamless coordination between buyers, suppliers, and production teams.     
• Monitor and manage production progress, and shipment schedules to meet strict deadlines.
• Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining high-quality production standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing merchandising-related concerns proactively and professionally.
• Analyze production efficiency to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
