Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in garment production or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Cutting, Garments Production, Pattern making, Quality control, Sewing and Finishing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development of garment patterns and specification
∎ Set up and operate industrial sewing machines and other production equipment
∎ Monitor the production process to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
∎ Conduct regular inspections of finished garments to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure quality requirements are met at all stages of the production process.
∎ Train and supervise a team of production workers, as needed.
∎ Participate in production meetings and provide input on process improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate or diploma in garment production or a related field preferred
∎ Minimum of 2 years of experience in garment production, with a focus on quality control
∎ Strong knowledge of garment production processes, including pattern-making, cutting, sewing, and finishing
∎ Experience with industrial sewing machines and other production equipment
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
∎ Fluency in English.

Salary: Negotiable
