Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in woven garments marketing/merchandising (shirts, pants, jackets preferred).
Strong skills in garment costing, negotiation, and order follow-up.
Excellent communication skills in English & Bengali (spoken and written).
Confident in presentations, client meetings, and professional correspondence.
Strong network with buying houses, local offices, and brands will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

We are currently seeking a Marketing Merchandiser who will be the face of our company in the market, responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Sales Development
Actively market factory capabilities to local offices, buying houses, and brand representatives.
Source new buyers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations in English to showcase product strengths.
To promote the company’s brands, products, and values in the market efficiently.
Should be able to source new orders as per the production capacity of the factory.
Capable of developing new business with fresh Buyers.
Should be able to communicate with customers for new developments.
Maintain strong liaison with international buyers, buying houses, and sourcing agents.
Costing & Order Management
Prepare accurate garments costing, pricing, and quotations.
Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms while ensuring profitability.
Follow up with customers from order inquiry to shipment.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure buyers receive professional service and timely updates.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales follow-up with efficiency.
Act as the main liaison between buyers and internal teams (production, sourcing, planning, QA).
Market Development & Analysis
Explore new opportunities in woven apparel with both local and foreign buyers.
Track competitor activities, trends, and market movements to adjust strategies.
Provide management with regular reports on sales performance and market intelligence.
