Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preferred Bachelors in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
∎ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
∎ Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products
∎ Implement responsible web design principles to ensure that the client's website renders well across multiple devices
∎ Review app and feature coding and plan future website upgrades with the various teams
∎ Assist in development of applications and features that will be put on the website and in internal functions as well
∎ Create innovative solutions to web design issues to help make website more visually appealing and enhance usability.
∎ Taking lead on projects, as needed
∎ Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Proficient understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3.
∎ Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
∎ Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
∎ Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
∎ Knowledge of SEO principles and ensuring that code will adhere to them
∎ Understanding of web optimization techniques
∎ Strong experience in Content Management Systems - WordPress etc
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office
∎ Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
∎ Experience in Canvas, Three.js, WebGL, SVG or other web animation highly desirable
∎ Able to multi- task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
∎ Ability to work under a tight time-line in a fast pace environment
∎ Team Player with positive learning attitude, yet independent with minimum supervision needed
∎ International exposure is highly advantageous
