Responsibilities & Context:
দায়িত্বসমূহ:
Market থেকে সংগ্রহ করা পণ্যের সঠিক ট্র্যাকিংসহ সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবস্থাপনা করা।
দোকানে আগত কাস্টমারদের বিনয়ী ও পেশাদারভাবে সার্ভিস প্রদান এবং তাদের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী গাইড করা।
অনলাইন কাস্টমার ব্যবস্থাপনা করা এবং তাদের অর্ডার ও সার্ভিস-সম্পর্কিত সহায়তা প্রদান।
ডেলিভারি তারিখের আগে প্রস্তুত পণ্য যাচাই করে সার্ভিসের গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত করা।
দৈনন্দিন অফিস ব্যবস্থাপনা, কাগজপত্র ও ডকুমেন্টেশন সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
অফিস ফাইল, রেকর্ড ও ডেটা যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
মিটিং শিডিউল করা, রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী প্রশাসন বিভাগকে সহায়তা প্রদান।
