Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events or meetings.
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact, especially when dealing with upset or irate individuals.
Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is preferred.

Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of the school.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with internal staff as needed.
Process student registrations, withdrawals, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Manage school correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.
Provide administrative support to various departments, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry.
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive information.
Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the institution.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
