  • Must be self-motivated and dynamic.

  • Prior experience with office management software or student information systems is highly desirable.

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for special events or meetings.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact, especially when dealing with upset or irate individuals.

  • Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures is preferred.

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism and values of the school.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating with internal staff as needed.

  • Process student registrations, withdrawals, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  • Manage school correspondence, including sorting and distributing mail and packages.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as preparing documents, filing, and data entry.

  • Uphold confidentiality and security protocols in handling sensitive information.

  • Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients with enthusiasm and professionalism.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to the overall success of the institution.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products/services.
