Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA Preferred) or equivalent experience in HR, Administration, Front Office, Facility Management, or customer service.

  • Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role (Female) is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

● Attend Guests/Visitors & Ensure Entry & Exit time in register.

● Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.

● Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

● Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.

● Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access during office hours.

● Assist HR with onboarding new employees, including preparing documents, coordinating schedules, and interview calls.

● Support HR with documentation tasks.

● Coordinate staff engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment.

● Support recruitment efforts by managing interview schedules and candidate communications.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree (BBA Preferred) or equivalent experience in HR, Administration, Front Office, Facility Management, or customer service.

● Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role (Female) is preferred.
