- This is a remote customer service role, and selected candidates will work from our office in Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide remote customer service support to clients in Singapore via calls and messaging apps
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in timely.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and personalized support
- Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and resolve them promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with knowledge of renovation services and solutions offered by the company
