Responsibilities & Context: - Make 50–60 phone calls per day to potential clients
- Learn immigration criteria and explain it clearly to clients over the phone
- Brief clients about skilled migration options and services
- Book appointments for clients to visit our Dhaka office
- Follow up with interested clients by phone or message
- Answer basic questions about migration and visa processes
- Maintain client records and update information correctly
- Coordinate with the office team for scheduled appointments
- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company
- Provide polite and professional customer service at all times
