Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make 50–60 phone calls per day to potential clients
  • Learn immigration criteria and explain it clearly to clients over the phone
  • Brief clients about skilled migration options and services
  • Book appointments for clients to visit our Dhaka office
  • Follow up with interested clients by phone or message
  • Answer basic questions about migration and visa processes
  • Maintain client records and update information correctly
  • Coordinate with the office team for scheduled appointments
  • Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company
  • Provide polite and professional customer service at all times
