Responsibilities & Context:
Make 60-80 phone calls per day to potential business clients
Learn immigration criteria about NewZealand, Australia, Turkey and explain it clearly to clients over the phone
Brief clients about skilled migration options and services
Book appointments for clients to visit our Dhaka office
Follow up with interested clients by phone or message
Answer basic questions about migration and visa processes
Maintain client records and update information correctly
Coordinate with the office team for scheduled appointments
Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the company
Provide polite and professional customer service at all times
