Honors / Masters / Students currently pursuing Honors / BBA / MBA / Graduation in any discipline

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, F-commerce
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 18 to 29 years
• Only Female

Students in the final year of undergraduate studies may apply.

Must be willing to undergo a probation period of at least 6 months (depending on performance)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex information
• Must be able to speak English fluently and confidently in both positive and challenging situations
• Communicate and manage services for clients based in Singapore
• As a Customer Research Officer, you will provide full service information to potential clients coming through our network and offer necessary counseling
• Understand client demands, identify key information, research their issues and provide solutions or alternatives
• Respond quickly to queries via digital platforms and communicate with international clients over the phone
• Should maintain professional, polite, and proper phone etiquette

BDT 15,000 per month + insensitive
