• Managing all activities of the call center.
• Preparing daily sales reports (bakery, cookies, traditional, laksha).
• Monitoring and managing the activities of the Facebook page.
• Supervising the field activities of the sales team.
• Giving ideas to customers about the products.
• Informing the concerned unit and management after listening to the complaints of the customers.
• Recording the complaints of the customers in the register and giving entries before the solution.
• Recording the product orders and informing the concerned unit.
• Presenting new products to attract customers.
• Informing the customers about the type of incentives/commissions they will receive if they order any product.
• Staying connected to the hotline around the clock (at the specified time) to provide customer service.
• To perform any work as per the instructions of the management authority.
