We are looking for Fluent English Speaking Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients with professionalism, empathy, and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Identify patient needs, clarify details when necessary, and offer appropriate solutions.
- Ensure each patient interaction is a positive experience by actively engaging and addressing concerns.
- Accurately document all patient interactions in the system in a timely manner.
