Responsibilities & Context:

Aviax International is a growing travel and manpower service provider specializing in air ticketing, group fares, and visa processing support.

We are looking for smart, energetic, and responsible Customer Care Executives who will play a key role in selling air tickets, handling customer queries, and assisting in visa processing.

The selected candidates will work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure accurate ticketing, smooth communication with clients, and high-quality customer service, especially for recruiting agencies and individual passengers.

  • Handle air ticket sales and respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in

  • Provide information on fares, routes, schedules, and group offers

  • Assist customers with basic visa processing and documentation support

  • Coordinate with ticketing team for PNR updates, booking confirmation, and changes

  • Maintain regular communication with recruiting agencies and corporate clients

  • Resolve customer issues related to ticketing, rescheduling, and service support

  • Keep proper records of bookings, follow-ups, and customer details
