Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Call Centre Executive to join our Office Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka. Assure that customers get the finest service possible via call center services and customers follow-up.
Duty Time: 10am to 8pm
Manage online customer queries as E-commerce business based.
Service Quality & Others:
Customer Satisfaction Phone Call.
Parcel Tracking information,
Give precise information to the customer,
Customer problem solving.
Collect customer feedback by calling.
Other works assigned by the management. Experienced on excel sheet.
