Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise the entire sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved.
Check work order sheets, style, and operation breakdown before line setup.
Balance line according to production requirements and operator efficiency.
Guide operators to maintain required quality and productivity levels.
Ensure proper work distribution and smooth line operation.
Monitor hourly production and report deviations to the Line Supervisor/Manager.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and teamwork among operators.
Work closely with IE, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production line area.
