Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide remote customer service support to clients in Singapore via calls and messaging apps

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in timely.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and personalized support

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and resolve them promptly

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

  • Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics

  • Stay up-to-date with knowledge of renovation services and solutions offered by the company
