Job Responsibilities
Customer Support Duties
Receive and confirm customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and website
Call customers for feedback and follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and proposals professionally
Coordinate with delivery and team for smooth order processing
Maintain basic customer records and daily order updates
Social Media Management
Manage Upspell’s Facebook page and messages
Post daily content (offers, menu, updates, promotions)
Reply to comments and inbox messages promptly
Assist in basic post planning and engagement activities
Business Support Tasks
Assist in daily operational activities when required
Support promotional campaigns and special offers
Help with simple reporting of daily activities
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate only
Good communication skills (Bangla required, basic English preferred)
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Basic knowledge of Facebook page handling and messaging
Ability to manage calls and multiple tasks at the same time
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Previous experience in customer service or social media handling is a plus (but not mandatory)
