Responsibilities & Context:
আমরা আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠান “Ahona Textile”-এর জন্য কিছু সংখ্যক Customer Service Executive / Sales & Telesales Executive খুঁজছি, যিনি দায়িত্বশীলভাবে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও অর্ডার হ্যান্ডেল করতে পারবেন।
👉 অবশ্যই কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
📞 পদের নাম: Customer Service & Sales (Call Center)
👗 পণ্য: শাড়ি ও সালোয়ার কামিজ
👥 শূন্যপদ: ২০ (বিশ)
🕘 কাজের সময় ও স্থান:
সময়:
শিফট-০১: সকাল ১০টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭টা
শিফট-০২: দুপুর ২টা থেকে রাত ১১ টা
স্থান: আদাবর, মোহাম্মদপুর, ঢাকা
অফিসে এসে কাজ করতে হবে (Work from Office)
💼 কাজের দায়িত্ব:
Inbound call receive করে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও অর্ডার হ্যান্ডেল করা
Outbound call করে গ্রাহকদের সাথে follow-up ও service reminder দেওয়া
Sales ও Technician টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে service update দেওয়া
Polite, professional এবং সমস্যা সমাধানমুখী communication নিশ্চিত করা
🧠 যোগ্যতা:
Minimum HSC/Graduate
ভালো Communication Skill থাকতে হবে
ফোনে কথা বলার আত্মবিশ্বাস (confidence) থাকতে হবে
Call Center / Customer Support-এ কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
Basic computer knowledge থাকতে হবে
💰 বেতন ও সুবিধা:
৳ 12,000 – 15,000 (অভিজ্ঞতার উপর নির্ভর করে)
বছরে ২টি বোনাস (কমপক্ষে ১ বছর কাজ করলে)
সপ্তাহে ১ দিন ছুটি
