Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context: - Respond to customer queries through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.
- Handle inbound calls with professional manners.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of our product and process
- Meet a monthly sales target/retention target/sorting target/quality target/support target
