Responsibilities & Context: - Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries courteously and professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, order confirmations, and customer support.
- Respond to customer messages on social media and other digital channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM or internal systems.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of customer issues.
- Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
- Assist in improving customer care processes.
