Provide remote customer service support to clients in Singapore via calls and messaging apps
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in timely.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing fast, efficient, and personalized support
Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and resolve them promptly
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Meet or exceed customer service targets and performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with knowledge of renovation services and solutions offered by the company
