Role Objective

• We are looking for a results-driven, energetic Male Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our services/products, and closing sales over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a "never-give-up" attitude, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective customers using a provided database.
• Lead Conversion: Explain product features and benefits effectively to convert leads into successful sales.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, feedback, and sales status in the CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
