Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and motivated individual to join our team as a Caller Executive at our Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for helping students shape their educational futures.

Responsibilities:

  • Make calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries.

  • Provide information about study opportunities in the study abroad and our partner universities.

  • Guide students on the application process, required documents, and deadlines.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing student queries and concerns.

  • Update the CRM (HubSpot) with call details and follow-up status.

  • Schedule counseling sessions for students with senior counselors.

  • Support marketing campaigns by following up with leads generated through advertisements.

  • Ensure clear and consistent communication with students via phone, text, and email.
